About the event

Let your imaginations loose in this collaborative world-building session, where a simple prompt sparks our collective ideas to bring forth a unique, complex and fantastical new narrative world.


Participants then create a character to inhabit the world, and take them on an adventure through a series of creative activities including poetry, prose writing, role-play and visual arts.


Please bring: A paper and your fave pen, pencil and/or device to write with; any art supplies you have at hand that you are keen to use.


A professional wordsmith, prolific creative, super solo mum and Autistic woman, Megan J Riedl is a master facilitator of creative workshops. She is an award-winning spoken word poet and feels out loud in a range of mediums including collage, zines, theatre, and podcasting.
