The Vision for Neurokin Website

In 2023, ARCANE ran an online poll to understand the needs that we could serve for the Autistic and Neurodivergent community through our website.


The results were:

-A directory of Neurodivergent businesses including makers and creators (67 votes)

-Resources to develop Neurodivergent leadership skills and community engagement (37 votes)

-A lived experience blogging platform where Neurodivergent people can connect (34 votes)

-Resources for advocacy (32 votes)

-Peer Support (28 votes)

-Short courses to develop business, leadership and community engagement skills (27 votes)

-Creative Online Workshops (25 votes)

-Resources to help build confidence and take up space (23 votes)

-Activity outlines for running Creative events for your local Neurodivergent community (22 votes)

-Resources to help you develop a creative business out of your special interest (21 votes)

-Resources to help you tell your story and get your voice out there (20 votes)

-A platform to design and map the access we need and where we need it (20 votes)

-Autistic voices podcast (17 votes)

-Creative recovery from burn out virtual pamper package (16 votes)

-A physical library of tools and resources (16 votes)

-Activities and resources for youth (14 votes)

-Regular zoom calls (13 votes)

-Activities and resources for children (12 votes)

-Messageboards or chat (10 votes)

-A regular email (8 votes)


In total, 462 results were recorded.
